One DEI Consulting recognizes that we are privileged to operate on the traditional territory of the Wendat, Haudenosaunee, and Anishinabek nations, which is currently home to a diverse population, including First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples.

This land is governed by the Dish with One Spoon Wampum (Treaty) between the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabek nations, the Two Row Wampum (Treaty) between the Haudenosaunee and the Dutch, Treaty 13 between the Crown and the Anishinabek and the Williams Treaties involving the Anishinabek and the Crown. These agreements remain in effect today, underscoring our shared responsibility as treaty people.

One DEI Consulting recognizes the advantages derived from these treaties and the resources of this land. We are committed to advancing reconciliation, which involves educating ourselves about the historical and ongoing effects of government policies on Indigenous peoples. Our ongoing efforts will include a deeper understanding of the Indian Act, Residential schools, treaty violations, and Murdered and Missing Indigenous Women and Girls. Additionally, we aim to identify ways to collaborate with Indigenous communities and peoples to effectively address these pressing issues.
